Bar Amazonia (2nd floor) serves a menu of dishes from the Peruvian Amazon ideal for sharing, and boasts charcoal fired anticuchos. Find refreshment in an extensive cocktail list, or sample from one of America's largest Pisco libraries curated by Glendon Hartley and Chad Spangler. Bar Amazonia has a rooftop patio, dining room, and bar area.

Causa (1st floor) is a Peruvian tasting menu from Chef Carlos Delgado that tours through Peruvian Coastal and Andes cuisine. The tasting experience begins at six courses, and has options to add whole fish, seafood, and meat for the table based on daily selections and preparations. (Coming Soon)
