Causa is our ground floor tasting room where the world of Peruvian culinary tradition comes to life, thanks to the artistry of Chef Carlos Delgado. Here, you'll embark on a journey through the gastronomic heritage of the Peruvian coastal and Andes regions.

We offer two seatings a night:
- first seating is 5pm - 5:45pm
- second seating is 8pm - 8:45pm

Reservations are released on the 1st of the month at noon for the following month for our Causa dining experience. This prix-fixe menu is priced at $175 per person. Taxes and service charges are added separately. Enhance your experience further with a Remarkable Wine Pairing to compliment your 6-courses or venture into North America's rarest pisco selection by Beverage Director, Glendon Hartley, and fully immerse yourself in the bounty of Peru's national spirit.

Our current menu for June and July features a delightful array of ingredients including beef, shellfish, fin fish, allium, cilantro, gluten, dairy, soy, nightshade/peppers, and egg. Please note our ingredients are integral in delivering an intentional gastronomic journey and culinary vision, thus our menu items cannot be modified. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. While we are unable to accommodate vegetarian or vegan diets, we are happy to cater to pescatarian diets with advanced notice.

Our thoughtfully curated selection includes pisco derived from eight distinct Peruvian grape varietals. Causa's expert sommeliers are on hand to guide you in selecting the ideal wine or pisco to elevate your tasting experience.
