Causa is our ground floor tasting room where the world of Peruvian culinary tradition comes to life, thanks to the artistry of Chef Carlos Delgado. Here, you'll embark on a journey through the gastronomic heritage of the Peruvian coastal and Andes regions.

We offer two seatings a night:
first seating is between 5pm - 5:45pm
second seating is between 8pm - 8:45pm

Reservations are released on the 1st of the month at noon for the following month for our Causa dining experience. This prix-fixe menu is priced at $125 per person and will increase to $175 in 2024. Taxes and service charges are added separately. Enhance your experience further with a Remarkable Wine Pairing to compliment your 6-courses or venture into North America's largest Pisco Library by Beverage Director, Glendon Hartley, and fully immerse yourself in the bounty of Peru's national spirit.

Please understand that our style of cuisine cannot accommodate major allergens such as Gluten, Dairy, Shellfish/Fin fish, Egg, Allium, Nightshades or Vegetarian diets.

Our current menu (December & January) contains pork, shellfish, peanuts, fin fish, allium, cilantro, gluten, dairy and egg.

Cilantro plays a star role in most of our dishes and cannot be removed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Causa's tasting menu can be fully paired with wines from our globally sourced wine list to enhance and complement the diverse flavors of your meal. Causa is also the perfect place to explore the world of pisco - Peru's national spirit. Our thoughtfully curated selection includes pisco derived from eight distinct Peruvian grape varietals. Causa's expert sommeliers are on hand to guide you in selecting the ideal wine or pisco to elevate your tasting experience.
